Is Fallout 3 Free to play online?

I know that you can play via microsoft live, but can you play anywhere else like gamespy or anyother game launchers that you guy's might know of

Just PSN. That's about it. It costs money to play on the 360 because you have to pay for XBL.

To keep it short and sweet, the only place it will cost you is on Xbox Live (via the 360)

on games for windows live its free.

but on xbox 360 it will cost you.
