if you are looking for arcade games, try downloading finalburn, and then a rom for it. you can download finalburn at this site here.

for the older systems, such as gba, nes, snes, n64, etc. you'll want to download the emulators and then the roms for those emulators. for roms and emulators, go to this website, it's pretty self-explanatory.
