Does it cost anything to register for Gamespy?

I want to play online on Flight Simulator X Acceleration but it says i have to have a Gamespy account to do it. I looked on the Gamespy website and i didn't say anything so i was wondering if you have to pay for regestering with Gamespy.

Gamespy is free to register to, but locating the registration page kinda takes a while, here is the link to the registration/login page:

not for just a standard account, but if you are talking about registering to d/l something from a Fileplanet link on the Gamespy website, then yes.

No, its free, but thats for the free membership option.... if you want to remove the adverts e.c.t you gotta pay $39.99 i think...
