How can i play age of empires 2 with gamespy?

Hi I downloaded gamespy and i have the program, only problem is that I dont know how to join a game...please give me a step by step instruction, Your help is much appreciated :)

You will have a lot of problems using GameSpy for this because it does nothing to help you with router and firewall issues.
