How do i stop Swat 4 from running automatically when i start my computer?

Every time i start my computer, Swat 4 pop-ups appear. Swat 4 starts automatically and gamespy suddenly appears, what should i do? PLZ. HELP! Its very ANNOYING. THNX. :D
