How do you find your Gamespyid username?

I have been logging in to gamespy with an e-mail and password but I can't find my username. The only username I have is my nickname. When i log in it says welcome Nateco08! So when i go online for PC games, it says invalid id. It never asked for a specific username when I created my account. Can anyone help me?
