Is anyone else having prolems with the gamespy arcade?

it wont connect with the master server for some reason.......

Yup, loads of problems, I can't connect to gamespy Arcade, nor www.gamespyarcade.com nor any of the planet sites other than www.gamespy.com . Its really weird, Im connecting from france, I did a net trace and aparently Im getting blocked by a server called wsip-64-58-132-242.oc.oc.cox.net I used Magic NetTrace). I hope tthis helps, I've been googleing for a while, and this is the first thing I came across where someone else had a problem as well.
