Is there another service like steam that i can register my counterstrike to?

ok my brother registered my counterstrike to hes steam account and i want to play cs now but he lost hes username and password is there any other thing like steam that will let me play my game online? e.g gamespy

There is an option to recover your lost password. The username is the e-mail address you registered the game on.

i think it should say lost ID or pass click that and try sending ur info to your emaili do belv if u wanna go online for CS then u need steam if now get non-steam to play with bots
