Norton internet security 2005 program firewall help?

ive got gamespy arcade and it needs to acess the internet but it cant conect and ive got norton 2005. and ive heard somehow its blocking it from the internet (a firewall) but i dont know how to disable it. help?

Disable it and get Comodo from http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/ instead.
