You can't. You would need two seperate public IP address to foward with, No residential ISP offers this, additionally you would need a router that could configure more than 1 address or (2) seperate routers for each IP address.
Your best option is to alter the incoming port on the 2nd computer. There should be a registry entry or option to change in your program.
That way you would have 1 port mapping for the standard port going to PC1, and a 2nd port mapping for another port# going to an altered 2nd PC.
