Trying to contact gamespy halo server problem?

Go directly to this and we can play. go to 'direct ip' and put this in 192.168.1.3

I tried and it didnt work. Ive been getting the gamespy problem all day. Once in a while i got in but for the past hour or two it wasnt working. Is it just their server being down or what? I'm very depressed haha.
