It hates you....it's probably not gamespy itself. You might just actually have internet problems from your isp or for some reason, rome might be too much for you computer....(doubt it though)

Why Does GameSpy Keep Discconect me on Rome total War?
Every once in a while GameSpy would Discconect me my internet work well and all.
