i have no idea what to do now because i read this one person's cheats on gamespy.com and i followed everything, i even re-read the whole thing about five or six times.
but i STILL can't find rotom... what do i do?
to get roton all u have to do is talk to the TV in one of the left rooms on the second floor. if u dont unferstand ill just repet,
u have to first see the 2 ghosts(not sure if its 1 or 2 ghosts) in the old chatoue, then go up the stars and go in side the door in the middl, then go to the second door on the left(not sure wich door) and talk to the T.V at night, then roton comes out lv. 15. it worked with me.

you need to go up to the second floor go into the room in the middel and you are going to be in a hall go to the 1st door on the left and theres going to be a tv press A at the tv and youll be fighting a rotom i recomend u use quik balls and bring a starly it knows quick attack quick balls help at the begining of battels it worked on a hippodon and rotom rotom is there only at night
ok go in every room in the house the room with the TV is were rotom is ...click the tv and say yes knock on the tv...rotom will show up at lvl.15.....he will only be ther from 22:00 and 4:00....if u dont end up catching him i can trade u one...
Go upstairs to the 2nd room on the left and thump on the TV (press a) to get Rotom to come out. At level 18...just throw a Quickball....
go upstairs and go into the room with a tv then stand right infront of the tv and press "a" and a rotom should pop out he is the worst legendary though he is only lvl 18 and if he's not there try and come back at night.. hoped i helped
