Morrowind Mod installation problems?

I for the most part know how to install ZIP files, and I recently found a 7Z file mod (http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=4187) but I can for the life of me get it to install properly, I installed 7Z itself, and extracted the files and it has yet to appear in the data files for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (By the way, I'm currently using an XP and installed 7Zip from the website, .exe 32-bit 818 KB, first one on the listed downloads on the main page.) Again, If I'm doing something wrong please let me know! Thanks

Check the file tree in the mod. Make sure you're extracting it to the right place, I've found that some morrowind/oblivion mods need to be installed to the morrowind/oblivion file instead of the data file. If that doesn't work I'd try to get in touch with either Ren (the creator of the mod), or go to the elderscrolls forum (http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?s=d655bfdc2e0cc18514b04ad4246fe647&showforum=12) and ask if anyone there has it installed, and if so ask for help from them.
