Question about Left 4 Dead for PC?

Does the multiplayer have voice? And what are the servers (like is it Gamespy, or STEAM, or LIVE, or etc.)? I looked all around the web and I just cant find the info.

The multiplayer has voice chat.. only the people on your team can hear you though. Except if all chat is enabled then everyone can hear you.

The servers are steam servers.

The server is on Steam and it does have voice.
