Help, pc saints row 2 stuck at loading 5%!?

iv'e installed saints row 2 razor 1911, and everything worked and all, i put the crack, then my system requirments are in recommended seting high.

But when i start up the game, the startup intro plays (the volition and everything) but after the gamespy logo the game is stuck at loading 5% screen, and it keeps flashing that way, never increasing.

anyone shed light into this? pls help.

The DRM protection is working just fine. There's nothing wrong with the game.
